Central Command

Open items (German: offene Posten) are vouchers that have not yet been completed or paid. They include open invoices, overdue receivables, and related statuses. They are the daily work object of finance and a risk indicator for liquidity and customer conversations.

Central Command lists open items across instances, sortable and filterable. Teams see amounts, due dates, and the originating tenant at a glance. Compared to purely paid revenue, open items explain where action is still needed — not just what has already been accomplished.

Quality depends on fresh syncs and correct statuses from Lexware. Central Command makes openness visible; dunning and booking remain in the upstream system. As a command center term, open items stand for priority: first clarify what is stuck — then optimize what is running.
