A PDF schedule defines when which report is generated as a PDF and sent by email. Weekly or monthly reports from time tracking are typical. Instead of exporting manually, the schedule takes over the routine and reduces the risk of forgetting.
Central Command supports such schedules in the backend. Cron jobs check for due delivery windows, generate reports, and use configured mail transports — such as SMTP or Gmail OAuth. Recipients, contents, and periods are configurable. Errors should be logged and traceable.
PDF schedules are workflow automation in the command center. They do not replace analysis, but they deliver material for steering meetings on time. Together with Clockify and voucher context, raw time entries become readable artifacts — automatic, repeatable, and available team-wide for daily operations.
