Recurring templates are templates for recurring invoices in Lexware. Subscriptions, retainers, or monthly flat fees no longer have to be built from scratch each time. The template carries the recipient, line items, and cadence; concrete invoice vouchers are generated from it.
Central Command makes recurring templates visible across instances so teams can see which automated revenue streams are running. This adds a structural layer to the view of individual invoices: what recurs, where are templates missing, which tenants use recurring billing intensively?
Template maintenance remains a task in Lexware. The command center provides overview and context. For steering, this is helpful because recurring revenue is prioritized differently from one-off project billing. Recurring templates are thus a quiet but important building block of stable cash flows.
