A workflow is a repeatable process with a trigger, steps, and a result. In Central Command, typical workflows are PDF schedules, invoice schedules, sync jobs, and delivery channels via SMTP or Gmail OAuth. They take routine out of people's heads and make it plannable and traceable.
Workflows relieve teams especially when several Lexware instances run in parallel. Instead of triggering every delivery and every export manually, the command center defines time windows and targets. Errors and pauses become visible because jobs and schedules are operational objects — not hidden calendar reminders.
Important: workflows orchestrate, they do not replace domain systems. Vouchers continue to be created in Lexware, time entries in Clockify. Central Command automates the control layer around them. For agencies, studios, and holdings in Germany, that means less inbox chaos and more reliable operating rhythms.
