Central Command

The instance filter restricts views to selected Lexware instances. This is essential when totals would otherwise mix what needs to be managed separately. A click on an instance tile or a filter controls which vouchers, charts, and metrics are visible.

Without a filter, overload looms: too many tenants, too many signals. With a filter, focus emerges — for example, only the company with the most overdue items, or only the tenant of a specific team. Central Command combines filters with cached data so switching stays fast.

Instance filters are a typical command center tool: same data foundation, different perspectives. Leadership wants aggregates, case handlers want their own slice. Both feed from the same syncs. The filter does not change Lexware, only the reading of the data in Central Command.
