Multi-instance describes the parallel operation of several Lexware connections in one command center. Instead of one interface per tenant, a shared situational picture emerges, with the option to zoom into a single instance at any time. This is exactly what agencies, holding companies, and group structures need.
Technically, multi-instance means separate keys, separate syncs, and a merged UI. Rate limits and errors must be managed per instance. In domain terms, it means clear responsibility: data stays tenant-specific, control becomes central.
